01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jigbazz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jigbazz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services provided by jigbazz, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. They are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary policies, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jigbazz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to any amendment may close their account without penalty by contacting customer support.

Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on the jigbazz platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jigbazz that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Services" means the full range of gambling and entertainment products available on the jigbazz platform.

02 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on jigbazz, a player must register a valid account. Registration is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are not residents of a prohibited jurisdiction. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jigbazz. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or with the assistance of other persons — is strictly prohibited. If jigbazz identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately. Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, may be forfeited at the sole discretion of jigbazz.

Account Information Accuracy

Players must provide truthful and accurate information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. jigbazz reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with verification requests may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. All activity undertaken from a registered account is deemed to have been authorised by the account holder unless jigbazz has been notified in writing of a suspected security breach. Players must notify support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

jigbazz supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted local payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jigbazz is ৳300. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the player's account instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jigbazz does not charge fees on deposits; however, players should be aware that some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account in the player's own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the account. Players should contact support promptly if an error occurs.
• jigbazz reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised. jigbazz aims to process all approved withdrawals within minutes via supported local payment methods. During periods of exceptional volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on jigbazz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jigbazz does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players who deposit via methods that involve currency conversion will have funds converted to BDT at the rate applied by their payment provider at the time of the transaction.

04 Bonus & Promotions Terms

jigbazz offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific offer terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions of the relevant offer, or upon player request where a bonus code or manual claim process is specified. Players are responsible for checking the eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods before accepting any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds at jigbazz are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• If a player attempts to withdraw real-money funds while an active bonus is attached to the account, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• jigbazz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system at jigbazz — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional conditions — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

05 User Obligations

By using the jigbazz platform, each player undertakes the following obligations and confirms the following representations on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

Player Representations

• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• The funds deposited into your jigbazz account originate from lawful sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of jigbazz, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been granted by jigbazz management.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jigbazz and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploited technical errors are void.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits that have been genuinely made to the player's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documents during account verification.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or to compromise the security of the Platform's systems.

06 Age Restriction & Verification

jigbazz operates a strict minimum age policy. The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 18 is forbidden and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

All players are required to complete age and identity verification before the first withdrawal is approved. jigbazz may request age verification at any point after account registration, and accounts will be restricted from withdrawals until the verification process is satisfactorily completed. Accepted verification documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Bangladesh driving licence (where date of birth is clearly displayed)
• Birth certificate accompanied by a secondary photo identification document

Documents submitted for verification must be valid, legible, and clearly show the player's full legal name, date of birth, and photograph. jigbazz reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission does not satisfy verification requirements.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

jigbazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is being investigated. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Provision of false, misleading, or forged documentation.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against jigbazz without valid grounds.
• Multiple account registration.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at jigbazz staff or other players.
• Technical exploitation or collusion as described in Section 5.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jigbazz support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements. Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion, which prevents re-registration for a specified period. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jigbazz will attempt to notify the account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy administration charge. Any applicable dormancy fee will be stated clearly in the notification. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jigbazz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other damages arising from the player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

Platform Availability

jigbazz endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond jigbazz's control. jigbazz will not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from temporary platform unavailability.

Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, jigbazz reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's account. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. jigbazz is not liable for any consequential losses claimed to arise from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and technology providers. jigbazz does not accept liability for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers beyond what is required by applicable law. Players should review the terms and conditions of relevant payment providers, particularly bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as these govern the terms of individual payment transactions.
